Moreover, being the Zoho Authorized Partner Nexivo Consulting did the complete analysis of their challenges and understood their requirements and provided the solutions.

Implementations:

Zoho One: We have enabled the zoho one account and created the users with all the required details where they can access the zoho one account. We have also assigned the roles to all the created users. Training has been given i.e how to create the users in zoho one account and configure the permissions to the users.

Zoho CRM: We have added the users and assigned them the roles. Permissions for every user for which module to be accessed is also defined. We have customized leads, accounts, contacts, deals and products module by adding fields which are required. We have integrated the zoho CRM with their website, social channels, zoho campaigns and specific email addresses to capture all the leads into zoho CRM. Lead assignment processes for the agents have been automated by defining the lead assignment rule. We have integrated zoho CRM with the telephony services for the inbound and outbound calls. We have also migrated their previous CRM data to the new accounts. Various workflows and mail templates have been configured to automate the processes.

Zoho Mail:We have migrated their employee's emails from the previous zoho account to the newly created zoho one account as they were using the multiple accounts. We have created the group emails.When an email is sent to the group account, a copy of email gets delivered to all the individual members of the Group. We have also configured the primary domain and secondary domain as they are having two different companies. We have also given the training to users for using the zoho mail effectively.

Zoho Sales IQ: We have developed the chat bot by using zia skills where we have defined the set of questions to be asked to capture the data from the lead and also we have integrated with the zoho CRM to capture the leads automatically. We have also configured the emails which will be sent automatically to the interested leads. 

Zoho Desk: We have enabled the zoho desk by configuring their support email address where all the tickets raised by the customer will be added automatically in zoho desk. We have modified the tickets module layout by adding the required fields. We have created the assignments rules where based on the ticket type the ticket will be assigned to the respective teams for resolving the ticket. Created the various email templates which will be triggered automatically. We have added the articles in the zoho desk which has been integrated with the zoho sales IQ to show those articles as the knowledge base in their website

Zoho Social: We have configured the company details and domain details. All the social handles have been added. For the users we have specified the roles and given permission for which modules to be accessed by them. We have also created the teams for tagging them to provide the feedback. Given training on how to create the social media posts and schedule them in one go.

Zoho Connect: We have created the users and defined the permissions for the users. Boards and sections have been created. Creation of the task and assigning the tasks with due date/remainders/attachments etc have been configured. Trained them to use the zoho connect effectively.

Zoho Page sense: We have configure the page sense for tracking their website traffic and given the training on how to use the zoho page sense effectively. We have also explained them regarding the set up of the goals to measure their website performance. Trained them on the usage of the heat maps, A/b testing.

Zoho Campaigns: We have configured the account information. All the data migration from mail chimp to campaigns has been done. We have integrated with the zoho CRM to import the subscribers. Various workflows and mail templates have been configured. We have setup the sync between the zoho CRM and zoho campaigns. Reports are also configured to get the data without any hassle.

Results:

Zoho One: By using the zoho one account all of their multiple accounts has been merged to one account, which made the users easy to access the zoho products.

Zoho CRM: All the lead capturing processes have been automated. Generation of the invoices to the customer has become easy for the agents. All the manual entries have been changed to the digital records. Creation of the deals, accounts and contacts has been automated. Lead assignment process has been automated With the help of the integration of zoho CRM with their websites, social channels has made the lead capturing process easy. Integration with the telephony services has helped the agents for the inbound and outbound calls.

Zoho Pagesense: By using this feature they are able to discover their website traffic i.e how many visitors have accessed their website and what attracted them the most in the website.

 

Zoho Campaigns: All of their data was migrated from mail chimp to zoho campaign which made them to find all of their data in one place. The email marketing has also become very easy for them using the zoho campaign.
