3. Reports generation
We have customised the deals, accounts, leads and accounts module as per the use case. Created a new layout to accommodate all the field values from the accounts module. We have created the custom functions to retrive the data from the accounts module to deals module without any loss of data. We have also given the training to the team on usage of the deals, leads and accounts module. We have created the mail templates and workflows for automating the processes.
Integration of the analytics with zoho CRM is done for configuration of the reports. We have created several reports based on the module data of the zoho CRM. We have also created the sub reports for all the main reports. We have also given training for accessing, edit and add or modify the columns & rows of the report.
Creation of the deals, accounts and leads has been simplified. The new layout creation has made the client effortless for getting the details of the accounts module. Triggering of the mails has been automated.
Integration of the zoho crm with analytics ha made it easy for getting the data of the leads, deals and accounts module and creation of the reports based on that data. All the report generation for the GPTW team has become hazzle free and also due to the sub reports configuration they were not missing any important data that they require.
