Artificial AI, Zia has been catered for the purpose of lead engagement and lead enrichment in Zoho CRM. Integrated telephony Exotel with Zoho CRM for Lead nurturing process. Lead conversion will be done with the help of scoring Rules in Zoho CRM which we have set up. All the customer interactions through emails and calls will be recorded under Zoho CRM.
Zoho Books has been integrated with zoho CRM for handling company’s finances without any hurdles.
We have automated in such a way that, whenever a deal is closed won in Zoho CRM a project will be created automatically in zoho books. Integration on Zoho CRM and Zoho Sign has been done. Contracts can be managed from CRM itself.
