Position-HR Business Analyst

we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

Description

As a Business Analyst you will support HR service delivery to take data driven decisions. You will design Operational and business dashboards for the Leadership team. You will work with business owners to understand analytics requirements and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the various operations across HR Services.
  • Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format

  • Develop analytics solutions (Forecasting, prediction etc.)

  • Capability to perform business analysis to identify opportunity and problems and ability to create future solution state.

  • Experience in writing business requirements and functional design.

  • Basic understanding of test scripts

  • Strong communication skills both oral and written.

  • Ability to multi-task effectively.

  • Self-starter who can work well independently.

  • Write requirements based on conversations with clients

  • Design data model

  • Design Conceptual screens of web applications with prototyping tools

  • Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner.

  • Track and directly report project status updates to project manager.

  • Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents.

  • Schedule and confirm deliveries to development staff

  • Schedule meetings, phone calls, client visits etc.

  • Maintain positive client and employee relationships.

  • Ensure project adheres to set schedule and is meeting goals of the client.

Basic  Qualification

  • 2+ years' experience as a HR Business Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or other quantitative fields such as Mathematics, or Statistics or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in an analytical role with the ability to interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques to identify trends or patterns in complex data sets, and provide ongoing reports

  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel.

  • Able to communicate complex messages and outputs from their analysis in a confident and ‘simple way’, and the ability to train others in technical/analysis skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll, etc.

  • Analytical mind set and ability to see the big picture and influence others.

  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to lead group discussions and explaining complex solutions.
