Zoho Products Now Floats
● Client was utilizing Excel and an internal application to manage leaves of absence because there was no staff management system in place.
● Reconciling leaves and attendance was quite painful.
● No system exists to keep track of employee activities, headcount, and exits.
● There is no software to monitor hiring operations or recruiter performance.
Finding a solution:
We suggested using Zoho People to handle the entire employee life cycle, starting with posting job openings in Zoho Recruit, sourcing and associating candidates, selecting the best candidates, skill-set mapping, and interviews. The candidate transfers from Zoho Recruit to Zoho People after accepting the job offer. The pre-onboarding (candidate onboarding) gets triggered, all required documents are attached by the candidate and approved by the HR. All the organization policies were configured and customized for effective HR operations and control.
Implementation and Result:
In under 1.5 months, Zoho Recruit and Zoho People were implemented. There were HR controls in place, allowing them to keep an eye on all tasks, approvals, and leave administration linked to HR. They were able to improve shift adherence thanks to the attendance module. A connection with the employees was formed through announcements and recurrent birthday, promotion, and anniversary greetings.
