Zoho People: We have effectively used the zoho people system to satisfy most of the requirements and provided the solution by configuring the available modules. We have also built the custom modules and written some of the custom functions using deluge script to meet their needs and tackle the hurdles which they were facing. We have created the custom form for the man power Requisition process where the manager can raise and submit for approval where it will be automatically synced with the job opening module of zoho recruit system. We configured the onboarding process making simple to the HR team for validation of documents, making the employees to accept all the company related policies and for gathering the other generic information from the employee. Conducting the trainings for employees have been configured by creating various forms and approval flows. We have customised the travel and transfer modules present in zoho system as per the requirement. We have Automized each and every process by using the blueprint process which helped the IB group in terms of time consumption and improved the efficiency of each and every process. Various approval processes are also set up to make the approval process simple. We also configured the email templates which will be triggered automatically as per the process defined. We integrated attendance module of zoho people with their internal biometric system. Their internal ticketing system is also integrated with the zoho people.We have also integrated the zoho people with their 3rd party applications like SAP. We also customized the learning management system in zoho people to streamline their e-trainings across their organisation.
Zoho Recruit: We have integrated the man power requisition form of zoho people with zoho recruit where job opening will be directly created in job opening module of the zoho recruit system and also we have added the status which will be synced with zoho people so that management will have the clear picture of the status of candidate. We have integrated the job opening of zoho recruit system with various career sites in such a way that the HR team can post the job opening in various sites by a single click. We have automated the association process where the candidates will be associated with the particular job opening without any hassle. Integration of their career site with zoho recruit have been done to post the job opening. Scheduling of the interviews and shortlisting of the candidates has become easy by configuring the interview module of zoho recruit system. We automated the offer letter generation process which has made the HR team to easily generate the offer letter and maintain the data in the system itself. We also configured the blueprints for defining the processes. Various approval processes, forms, email templates have been configured to automate the recruitment system. We also integrated the zoho recruit with the zoho people system so that all the selected candidates from zoho recruit will be synced with the zoho people system and HR team can directly trigger the onboarding process.
Zoho People: All the human resource processes have been automated and made the HR team very easy to track. With the help of the approval process defined, approvals for the leaves, comp-off and various other processes have become simple. All the manual entries have been changed to the digital records. They can also track the activities and log hours of the employees using the system. Raising of the man power requisition has become simple. Onboarding process of employee has made the HR team easy to verify the documents, make the employees to accept the company policies and gather the insurance related data from employee. Integration of the zoho people system with their 3rd party application like SAP helped them. All the training related processes has been automated and made the complex system to simple by using the training module of zoho people. The zoho people system made easy for the employees to fill the travel expense form and request for the reimbursement and also requesting for domestic or deputation transfers by employees has become simple.

Zoho Recruit: All the recruitment processes have been automated and made recruitment teams easy to assess the candidate profile just filtering the candidate name.Status of the job opening has been made crystal clear to the management by viewing the status of each job opening. Publishing of the job opening in various career sites has become effortless. We have integrated the job opening module of zoho recruit with their website so that candidates can apply for the particular job opening from the website. All the manual processes like scheduling the interview sending of the emails have been automated. Generation of the offer letters for the different levels of job has also become simple for the HR team.They have found using zoho Recruit more effortless in managing data of candidates in contrast to other applications or spreadsheets used by them before.
